ProSchool360 respect your right to data privacy. Educational institutions and individual users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from our systems.
To request data deletion, please email our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] from your registered email address. Include your full name, institution name, and the specific data you wish to have removed.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will process it within 30 business days. We will notify you once the deletion is complete. Please note that some academic records may be retained for a longer period if required by educational laws and regulations.
If your data was shared with us through a third-party platform (such as Facebook), we will also process data deletion requests initiated though those platforms in accordance with their respective policies.
